Almotamar.net - Head of the constitutional committee at the Yemeni parliament Ali Abdullah Abu Hulaiqa has said the difference is big between the Arab League (AL) charter as constituent system and the Yemeni initiative for the Arab Union.

At the conclusion of the Yemeni Centre for Historical Studies and Future Strategies� activities on discussion and assessment of ideological readings and political analyses of the Arab States Union project, he clarified that Yemeni initiative and its principles, goals and ways of its work is proceeding from a modern vision observing regional factors and circumstances and developments the Arab nation is experiencing at present as well as regional factors, circumstances and developments.

In his working paper he presented at the activities he said even the results which the Arab 5-member summit has come out with did not live up to the Yemeni initiative neither concerning the principles or the goals and mechanisms of work and its multi ways.
