Almotamar.net - President Ali Abdullah Saleh received Monday ambassador of the state of Kuwait to Yemen Salem Ghasab al-Zamanan on the occasion o the expiry of his term of office in Yemen.

President Saleh praised the efforts of the Kuwaiti ambassador during his term of office in enhancing the brotherly relations and areas of cooperation between Yemen and Kuwait.

For his part the outgoing Kuwaiti ambassador expressed his thanks for the care and attention he entertained by the concerned sides in Yemen, praising the strength of the relations between the two countries.

During the meeting President Saleh awarded the outgoing Kuwaiti ambassador the22 may Unity Medal in appreciation of his active role and efforts he exerted during his term of office as ambassador of Kuwait to Yemen in cementing cooperation and enhancing bonds of brotherly relations between the two countries ad peoples.
