Almotamar.net, Saba - The Specialized Criminal Court in Sana'a sentenced Monday al-Qaeda member Saleh al-Shawsh to death over the killing of Yemeni soldiers and attacking oil installations and security checkpoints in the province of Hadramout.

The Court ruling was based on the evidence presented by prosecutors and the confessions of the defendant.

During the period of 2007-2010, al-Shawsh involved in an armed gang and carried out criminal acts and attacked oil installations, vital public interest, security camps and checkpoints, government and foreign interests, senior military and security officials and foreign tourists.
