, Almotamar.net obtained a copy of it, mentioned that the grant would help four Yemeni institutions in 2011 to expand their programmes in different Yemeni provinces and more Yemeni projects would get the assistance in registering and expanding their activities and more of the poor in countryside would find job opportunities in the existing programmes on basis of cash wage in return for work or to be enrolled in programmes of monetary transfers.

The embassy affirmed that the support would work for increasing Yemen�s capabilities in creating job opportunities, income and protection for women and men.

The embassy statement said $ 2.4 million would be allocated to the small enterprises programme which is affiliate of the Social Fund for Development, a sum of $2.6 million was allocated to register Yemeni businesses and investments, aimed at calculation of systems of businesses registry and encouragement of investment in 35 sites in Yemen.

The Dutch government has allocated $6 million to support the programme of dense labour and support would provide work opportunities for 15.000 of poor persons at a rate of 45 work days for each individual.

An amount of $5.6 million was devoted to help 20.000 poor families as part of the money transfer programme.

The Dutch grant would be delivered via the Yemeni Central Bank and post office bureaus. The beneficiaries would receive a monthly amount of YR3500 from the Social Care Fund.

The Dutch embassy has also affirmed that the new amounts of money are granted in accordance with the major objectives of the embassy�s programme in assisting the upgrading of the human security and the contribution to achieving development in Yemen, with a special focus on the woman.

The embassy said it hoped the Yemeni government issue soon the draft of the 4th development plan fro limiting poverty as a guidance frame developmental, economic and political priorities towards improving the living standard of each Yemeni citizen.

It has also called on the government and the opposition and other partners to find political solutions to the multi-challenges of de4velopment facing the country and to solve conflicts peacefully.
