Almotamar.net - A presidential decree No. 12 for year 2011 was issued Saturday appointed Eng. Hisham Sharaf Abdullah as Minister of Industry and Trade, succeeding Dr Yahya al-Mutawakil.

A second presidential decree No. 13 for the year 2011 was also issued Saturday, appointing Dr Mutahar Abdul Aziz al-Abbasi as Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation.
