Almotamar.net - Tens of thousands of Shoub, Azal and Bani Al-Harith districts, Sana’a residents have expressed Thursday their condemnation and denunciation of behaviors and irresponsible provocative acts carried out by the opposition Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) in Yemen.

They have stressed the necessity of joining all people’s efforts in the face of acts of provocation for sedition, chaos and irresponsible behavior, led by the parties of the JMP, and which threaten security, stability and social peace.

The participants in the mass rally have affirmed their rallying behind the ruling General People’s Congress (GPC) party and the good sons of Yemen as well as the keenness on embodying the principle of partnership and participation of all within the frame of the constitution and the law.

They have also praised the initiative of President Ali Abdullah Saleh for the participation of all and his repeated calls for national dialogue and the concessions made by the GPC, all of which were met with rejection by the parties of the JMP which aim to impede function of the constitutional institutions and to stage a coup on democracy.

The participants in the rally also condemned the irresponsible acts by the JMP aimed at impeding the constitutional right to the parliamentary elections, guaranteed by the constitution for the Yemeni people.

For his part the director general of Shoub district Mohammed al-Ulfy has confirmed that the sons of the districts of Shoub, Bani Al-Harith and Azal in the capital are with the active participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections and with security and stability and arbitration of ballot boxes.

He also confirmed that the sons of the three districts pledge to the President Saleh and the Yemeni people active collective work for the success of parliamentary elections on the fixed date.
