Almotamar.net - A presidential decree No. 2 for the year 2011 issued Monday calling upon the Yemeni parliament and the Shoura Council to hold a joint meeting on Wednesday morning.

The decree said that upon the constitution of the Yemeni Republic and the law No. 1 for the year 2006 concerning the internal regulation of the parliament and the law No. 39 for the year 2002 regarding the internal regulation of the Shoura Council and pursuant to the homeland�s higher national interest � we have decided the call on the parliament and the Shoura Council for a joint meeting on Wednesday at the parliament building in order to hold consultation on what the President of the republic would present to the meeting of issues and recent developments of interest to the homeland and the citizens .�
