Almotamar.net - Britain has called all the parties in Yemen to practice the highest degree of self-restraint and take all steps necessary for defusing the current crisis. In its statement, the British foreign Office said it is significant that all the Yemenis play responsible role in realizing the political and economic reforms which meet aspirations of the Yemeni people and guarantee the building of peaceful and secure future for the country.
The British Foreign Secretary William Hague has earlier warned from the dangers resulting from occurrence of acts of violence in Yemen under the continuation of the existing situation due to the current crisis, affirming that violence undermines opportunities of dialogue among different parties.
The British foreign Secretary said that the Yemeni government and the political opposition and the demonstrators must engage immediately in the process of building confidence and meeting the legitimate demands of the Yemeni people.
He added that declaration of the state of emergency does not pardon the Yemeni government from its duty of the protection of the law sovereignty and its international commitments to human rights.
Meanwhile, China has appealed all the political parties in Yemen to pursue the dialogue for resolving their differences and staving off all that leads to sliding towards bloody conflicts.
The French news agency quoted the spokesperson of the Chinese foreign Ministry that they are worried concerning developments of the situations in Yemen and her call on all parties for resolving their differences by dialogue and other peaceful ways to avoid a bloodbath.
She added that they consider Yemen government as in its capacity as a friendly country able to restore stability and matters to their nature quickly.
For its part France called on Yemeni authorities and all concerned parties in Yemen to work with responsibility for dealing with the current crisis and avoiding deterioration of the situation and finding a political and peaceful solution ensuring peace and stability and preservation of Yemen unity.
The French Foreign Ministry reiterated, in its statement, the stance of France and its European partners, which requests the Yemeni government and all parties the speedy engagement and without any delay in constructive and comprehensive dialogue, including all. It stressed the necessity that all parties , and with responsible, constructive and peaceful method, contribute to bringing to success the democratic process which allows coming out of the current crisis in the manner guaranteeing crystallization of accord treatments accommodating the demands of all parties and meeting aspirations and ambitions of the Yemeni people.
