Almotanar.net - Sana’a- The United Nations has praised the positive cooperation received by the UN visiting Human Rights Team from the Yemeni government.
The spokesman for the UN Commission form Human Rights has affirmed that the team of investigators visiting Yemen has received a good cooperation from the government.
In a press statement in Geneva on Friday Robert Colville said the commission’s team to Yemen was going on well concerning the government that allowed the team an access to all areas and let the team to work fully.
The team, which is composed of three experts has left for Yemen last Monday and I is expected to return on 6 of July.
Colville has said the team met with the Yemeni Vice President Abed Rabou Mansour Hadi in Sana’a, in addition to leaderships of the opposition and , non-governmental organizations ad a number of demonstrators from Taiz and Sana’a and held interviews , gathered documents and visited two f the protests sites in Sana’a , where the regime opposition and pro forces are gathering.
He added that the government told the team on the measures for beginning a political dialogue.
