almotamar.net - After arriving at Sana’a International Airport earlier today, General People’s Congress official Sheikh No’man Doad attended a large rally held in his support. The rally was attended by citizens from throughout Yemen.
Doad was forced to depart from Yemen in 2011, when he was present alongside Ali Abdullah Saleh in an explosion which nearly cost both men their lives. The explosion took place at the Dar Areasah Mosque in Sana’a on the 3rd of June, 2011.
Sheikh Doad has now returned to Yemen after an absence of 790 days. During his time abroad, he received extensive medical treatment for injuries received in the 2011 explosion
