On Saturday, members of the NDC Presidency convened for a meeting chaired by Presidency member, conference Vice President and Southern Movement representative Yaseen Makkawi.

Various matters connected with conference progress were discussed, with a particular focus on southern Yemeni issues.

The Presidency members decided to continue consulting with conference representatives of political components in connection with the southern issues, the drafting of Yemen�s new constitution and the remaining tasks before the NDC's working groups and committees.

All present also agreed that all tasks before the NDC Consensus Committee�s members must be completed in a timely manner.

A further point of agreement was that all working groups should be provided with any resources which could serve to improve their respective resolutions and outcomes
