almotamar.net - President Abdo Rabu Mansour Hadi has met with the presidential committee charged with resolving the conflict of Dammaj area in Sa'ada province.

The committee's head presented a detailed explanation on the situation witnessed in the province and the impact of the conflict on the innocent citizens.

He also noted to the efforts carried out according to the presidential directions to ensure the immediate ceasefire between the two sides.

The committee's members handed a report over to President Hadi including the committee's action during previous period and attached with proposals and solutions to resolve the crisis between the two parties.

President Hadi expressed his appreciation over the committee's work under bad and challenging circumstances, affirming the importance for ceasing clashes and all acts of violence in Dammaj.

He also charged the committee to meet with the conflicted parties to discuss points of solutions proposed by the committee to be agreed and signed in order to reach a final solution for the problem between them which in return would create peace and stability in the society
