almotamar.net - The National Committee for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons held on Tuesday its third meeting for 2013 under the chairmanship of Deputy Foreign Minister Dr. Ali Muthana Hassan.

At the meeting , Vice Chairman of the Committee , the National Coordinator Colonel Abdul Karim Alkhale, reviewed a report on the activity of the General Secretariat of the Committee since the last meeting in last July.

The Committee also reviewed the plan to get off to the field for a survey of chemical plants in 2014, which was adopted at the meeting after enriching it with observations.

The attendees listened to the results of the work team tasked by the Committee to preview the banned pesticides that have been discovered in Jiraf area in the capital Sana'a.

It was agreed to form a small team from members of the Committee to prepare the plan of the Committee for the coming year 2014
