An artillery shell hit a funeral tent in the province killing and wounding dozens of people.

An official at the Supreme Security Committee confirmed the formation of the panel chaired by Interior Ministry Undersecretary Assistant Saleh Qasem.

He added that the directives ruled the panel to begin its investigations immediately to refer its finding report to the Supreme Security Committee.
