Almotamar.net - President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi met here on Tuesday with a number of Sheikhs, personages and members of Parliament in Bani Hushaish district of Sana'a governorate.

At the meeting, the President lauded the citizens of Bani Hushaish roles and positions in defense of the republic and the unity, security and stability of the country.

"Bani Hushaish is the eastern gate of the capital Sana'a and your responsibility to maintain its security and stability and to cooperate with security services to achieve public peace," Hadi said.

He pointed to the major and multi challenges Yemen faces, accentuating "the cooperation of all would enable us to achieve people's aspirations."

The President said that the key tasks that should be carried out now are to preserve the country's unity and republican system and to implement the comprehensive national dialogue's outcomes.

He underlined the need to learn from the past experiences and failures, especially in previous excessive centralization that has impacted negatively on Yemen's development, affirming "The six-region federal state will take care of the citizens' interests, respect their rights and relieve their suffering from centralization."
