almotamar.net - Troops of the 17th Infantry Brigade in Taiz province have held 41 Ethiopian infiltrators, as disembarked from a smuggling boat in Yemeni waters at Ban al-Mandab area.

commander of the 17th Infantry Brigade ,Brigadier Saleh al-Subari, pointed out that the boat was monitored at the Yemeni waters while unloading the Ethiopians at the Yemeni coasts.

The boat and its crew were seized to be dealt with according to the law, al-Subari added, noting that the armed forces will remain awakening in high readiness to thwart any acts of smuggling, which harm the interests and sovereignty of Yemen
