almotamar.net - The Parliament discussed in its meeting on Thursday the latest developments related to the security and political situation in the country.

The Parliament called on the High Security and Military Committee to do its duty in deploying the armed and security forces in the capital and provinces to maintain security and stability in the country according to its legal and constitutional responsibility.

The Parliament backed up the content of President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi's speech ,which he delivered on October 26 before the National Defense Council meeting, especially with regard to the fight against terrorism and withdrawal of the armed groups from the Capital and enabling the government to assume its responsibility in protecting citizens and public and private property according to the peace and national partnership agreement.

The parliament urged the implementation of the peace and national partnership agreement and its military and security appendix according to its scheduled terms, including removing all violations that occurred after its signature and accelerating the new government formation.
