France condemned on Thursday the Radaa terrorist attack occurred on Tuesday which killed more than 20 people, including schoolchildren.

In a statement issued Thursday,French Foreign Ministry described the crime as 'appalling and disgraceful' act.

The ministry expressed its condolences to the victims� families, confirming that France stands alongside the Yemeni people in the fight against terrorism.

"The only way to avoid an escalation and to ease tensions over the long term is through the rejection of violence and a dialogue involving all components of Yemeni society", the ministry added.

A car bomb targeted on Tuesday a school bus passing in the public street in the city of Rada'a, while another car bomb targeted a group of civilians in the middle of the city.

The attacks claimed lives of 16 young girls and 10 civilians, in addition to a number of injured people.
