A suicide bomber blew himself up in a religious celebration at the Cultural Center in Ibb province, according to Director of Police in Ibb Brig. Gen. Mohammed al-Shami.

Al-Shami said that dozens of the injured people were taken to hospitals, some of them seriously injured.
