almotamar.net - The Supreme Security Committee (SSC) condemned the attack on a military battalion on Friday in Marib province, which resulted in killing of three soldiers and injuring others.

Armed groups attacked on Friday one of the army battalions, which was on its way to Sana'a across Marib � Sana'a road, and seized several tanks and armored vehicles, according to the SSC.

The Committee affirmed its right to take the necessary action against the attack's perpetrators and to restore what has been looted by the attackers.

Expressing its condolences to the martyrs' families and wishing a speedy recovery to the injured, the SSC condemned this criminal act, which comes within a series of the repeated attacks on the armed and security forces.
