Almotamar Net - The draft constitution the committee already finished includes 446 articles distributed on 10 chapters and 13 sections, announced the Constitution Drafting Committee (CDC). 

In a press release issued by the committee Sunday, the CDC clarified that the first chapter included general foundations distributed on three sections and included political, economic and cultural and social foundations. 

Rights and freedoms are included in the second chapter.

The committee said that the third chapter was assigned for the stats authorities and included six sections; the first section included federal authorities; legislative authority, executive authority and judiciary authority. The second section included regional powers; legislative and executive and the third chapter included state and districts authorities.

According to the committees release, the forth section of the third chapter included Sanaa and Aden city while the fifth section deals with independent authorities and specialized council. The sixth section deals with military forces, police and general intelligence.

According to the committee's release, the forth section of the third chapter included Sana'a and Aden city while the fifth section deals with independent authorities and specialized council. The sixth section deals with military forces, police and general intelligence.

The committee noted that the forth chapter was assigned for the constitutional court and the fifth for legislative and executive specializations included in two sections; the first included lists of specializations and the second included relations between authorities.

The committee further clarified that the sixth chapter was assigned for general administration, the seventh for general finance, the eighth for environment and natural resources and the nine chapter included general rules and rules of amending constitution.

The 10th and final chapter included transitional rules.

The committee expressed regret over the rashness of some media outlets on publishing inaccurate information on the constitution draft.

The CDC's Reporter Maeen Abdulmalik said the first draft of the constitution will be published by different media outlets after the committee hands over the draft to the National Authority for Monitoring the Implementation of the National Dialogue Conference's outcomes.

Earlier on Sunday, the Constitution Draft Committee met with Assistant Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates Abdurrahman al-Garman and thanked him for hosting the committee in the UAE and providing suitable atmospheres helped the committee finish the first draft away of different affects.

The Head of the CDC Ismael al-Wazeer highlighted the UAE's support to Yemen to make the political transfer successful.

Al-Garman, who thanked the committee for exerting efforts to finish the constitution draft, said the UAE maintains all respect to Yemen and renewed support to the legitimacy in the country.
